Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been confirmed.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may increase during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Aurivra currently offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Estimated transit time after processing is typically 7–14 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Tracking information may require several days to begin showing movement after the shipping carrier receives the parcel.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, contact us with your order number and relevant information. We will review the shipment and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Multiple Packages

Items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately. If this occurs, additional tracking information may be provided.
